Before sampling
Can I use standard sizes or request custom measurements?
Yes. S, M, L and XL can be used as reference labels, and custom measurements are available. Finished measurements are agreed in the written specification.
Which material details must be confirmed?
Confirm the body material, fur or trim category, lining, color direction and any material percentages required for labels. The photographed reference does not replace the written material specification.
When can a sample be ready?
The confirmed sample lead time is 3 working days after the deposit is received. Bulk production timing depends on quantity and is counted from receipt of the deposit.
How should the garment be cared for?
Home washing or machine washing is not recommended. Use a professional leather, fur or mixed-material care specialist and follow the instructions agreed for the actual garment specification.
